Despite my best attempts to prevent it, it has happened...Makenna has her first cold. Maybe is has something to do with the fact that her hands are constantly in her mouth. Is there an easy way to sanitize a baby's hands? So far she just has a stuffy/runny nose, and is still her cute happy self, so we are hoping that it doesn't get any worse.
At church on Sunday, a woman told me that Makenna's normal facial expression makes her look like she is disgusted by something, and that she would probably always have that look. This same woman then told John that Makenna looks like she thinks she is better than everyone else. I didn't know that a 3-month old baby could have such thoughts and feelings of superiority!

That is some funny funny stuff. Some people are unbelievable. But I did see the way Makenna looked at Kate and she definitely acted like she was better than her :)
A little workout for the immune system is good sometimes =).
